Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits the Stewart Milne Group website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. We’re continually working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Guidelines and Standards

This site has been built using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. This website endeavours to conform to level Double-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more inclusive for everyone.

What are we doing?

To help us make the website a positive space for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA), and we’ve chosen Level AA as the target for our website.

How are we doing?

We're working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realise some areas could be improved further, and endeavour to work with developers to increase standards regularly.

We continually aspire to evolve the website to bring all areas up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the website, please don’t hesitate to contact us online.
