Stewart Milne Group was founded in 1975 and is one of the UK's largest independent housebuilders employing over 1000 people and working with 400 subcontractors. 

The Group is headquartered in Aberdeen and has offices in: Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow (Uddingston), Manchester and Oxford (Witney).

Our Homes divisions have up to 35 active sales sites across the regions in which we operate.

The business leads the conversation around Offsite Manufacturing through the AIMCH programme, which will inform and support the government in decision making and bring a step-change to the way houses are built across the country.

We're not just building houses we're building communities and towns but as well many other fantastic neighbourhoods up and down the country.
