Premium developer, Stewart Milne Timber Systems, has scooped the award for Sustainability Innovation at the 2010 Inside Housing Sustainable Housing Awards for its new Sigma II build system.
Stewart Milne Construction has secured two contracts totalling £7 million from Moray Council and the University of Abertay, Dundee. The company will build a new campus HQ for Moray Council to replace a network of satellite offices in the Elgin area.
